Stumbled On: Not so Exclusive anymore Kid Cudi Sneak Peak of "Day N Nite"

I literally just received the text on my phone saying that Miss Jessica over at LooseNeck had some EXCLUSIVE photo's of Kid Cudi's video shoot in LA for "Day N Nite". Well they are not so exclusive any more because I just posted them here. However, I want to say something. What is the point of a sneak peak to Music Videos anyway? That is some stupid ~~shit~~. Why do I honestly need a 1 minute snippet of something that is 4 minutes and cannot be THAT groundbreaking anyway. What is the last really crazy Music video you saw? I do not need a sneak peak for that nonsense.

New Video: Silent Knight - Pop Culture Shock

Great idea for a video of a song named "Pop Culture Shock". Three dudes...a Hipster...a Gangster...and a ~~bum~~. That was a joke. I saw this dude live at the show I kind of hosted at the Knitting Factory a few weeks back. O yes, that short dude in the first slide that was a little cameo? He is nice. His name is Kon and he is from Queens.

Regardless...the video stays true to that same theme all throughout...it is worth the watch though.

Fashawns new album just came out. It was presented by ~~Jacques Morel~~.com OnSmash and Nah Right. The album itself is probably dope since I am into Fashawn 100% and I do not hesitate to say so. Now, of course I will post my review by tomorrow during the day...but it is Christmas ~~so everyone will read it because family life has completely deteriorated~~.

I want to say something though...the Fashawn version of "Day N Nite" is better than Jimmys. If you want me to up it...drop a comment!

New Video: Teriyaki Boys Feat Pharrell & Chris Brown - Work That

A few things about this video.

How classic is the current screen cap?
Pharrell probably charged a couple hundred k for this ~~mediocre~~ beat.
They barely speak any English...and it is not even kind of listenable.
I mean the video was entertaining...watching ~~girls that suffer from Nassatal syndrom~~ (~~I definately spelt syndrome wrong~~) was pretty fun.
I hope blogging takes me some where I can charge a couple hundred K for mediocre writing like this.

Being an extremely ~~white~~ black kid, I go to an extremely Urban Barbershop. Now as we banter about rap, women, and schemes to make money, like a normal barbershop, every now and then they try and put me on to rappers. Normally I do not like anyone they put me on with. Why? becasue we have a different taste in rappers. Nothing special. They like gutta gutta I like finesse.

It is a club track so I guess I have to rate it in that way...but why does an underground artist need a hype track anyway? They are not expected to go platinum
Sometimes I feel like no one listens to me...or my damn reviews. I am always right! When they understand that life will be better.
The song itself is alright...nothing lyrics wise...but I feel as if I was more excited about tha video he sent me last week.

A few things about this song.
The beat sounds as if it was made in FruitLoops
I think his vocals need to be a tad higher...kill the engineer that mixed that down!
The lyrics were sub-par...I have a very fine tuned ~~Rass Kass~~ ear for that. Not something I was a fan of
The flow on the song, however, was not that bad...but the beat drowned that out. Not only that it just became a task to listen to those damn trumpets. I guess not?

I had to bump some Jay Electronica HARD to get this dribble out of my mind. Honestly, the song is so bad it is worth the download. With terrible lyrics...a flow that does not even make sense, and Maxx's voice sounds like a drunk chipmunk...it makes for a great song to just listen to.

Now please, do not come up in my blog saying I do not know what I am saying... My opinion matters 10x more than yours. Get on my level.

It has been a solid 3-4 months since I have heard Kanye West legitimately rap. The hilarious part was how good it sounded. I creeped this off of 2DopeBoyz and it sounds as if it was his demo...actually...Does anyone HAVE Kanye West's demo? I'd love to post the thing.

It is 3AM, my day was absolutely retarded, and I am watching an interview with Tom Cruise on Sportscenter. Magnificent.

You and I know that I do not like Wale. I do not digg his flow, and I do not digg his sound. Something that is unique to me amongst the masses that obsess over him. However, I was feeling this song a little bit...But I will say first and foremost that that beat is damn annoying.

The beat itself is using that "Na-Na-Na" sample (my sample game is rough). However it pics back up with pianos through the end of his first beat.

Wale's verse is complete fire and may have activated my psyche to search this dude up. Each verse comes in and moves with the beat properly. The flow is outstanding and he is even kind of witty with the lines.

Damn, I renigged.

This is coming off of his debut album.
